About RomaniaRegist

Official business registration in Romania within 48 hours

We prepare and file company papers for founders who live abroad, from one office in Bucharest, and we say what we do not do.

Who we are

RomaniaRegist Ltd. has one office, at Calea Victoriei 125, 010073 Bucharest, Romania. It is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, Bucharest time. The 48 hours in our tagline is the time we take to prepare and file a registration. It does not cover the registrar's decision or a tax number. Meet the three people who prepare and file your registration.

What we file and arrange for you

  • We file your company registration at the Trade Register (ONRC), under your power of attorney.
  • We prepare the standard constitutive act for you to sign. A partner lawyer drafts any bespoke deed.
  • We provide the registered office address (sediu social) ourselves, as the next section explains.
  • We file changes to your company, and its share transfers, at the Trade Register.
  • We file the VAT and EORI applications under your power of attorney. The authority decides on them.
  • We coordinate the apostille and translation of foreign documents.
  • We stay in touch with the authorities on your file and keep you informed at each step.
  • We file the beneficial-owner declaration where the company must make it.

We provide the registered office address ourselves. We are a trust and company service provider, notified to ONPCSB, the national anti-money-laundering office. Providing a company's address is a regulated activity (Law 129/2019), and we follow those rules.

A partner Romanian lawyer prepares every bespoke deed. That means a constitutive act beyond the standard form, an amending deed, a share-transfer agreement or a liquidation resolution. We are not a law firm. We prepare the standard forms, work with the lawyer on the file and file the signed result.

What we never offer

  • We give no legal advice and do not draft bespoke legal documents.
  • We give no tax advice. We do not represent you before the tax authority (ANAF) or answer it for you during a procedure.
  • We do not do bookkeeping, payroll, annual financial statements or tax returns. A licensed accountant does that work.
  • We do not carry out a statutory audit.
  • We do not act as liquidator. An authorised liquidator does that work.
  • We do not act as, or provide, an administrator, director or shareholder for a client.
  • We offer no nominee services. Nobody holds a seat or shares for a client.

Contact and hours
