Which cookies this website uses, which need your consent, and how to change your choice.

Who we are

RomaniaRegist Ltd. runs this website and sets the cookies and similar storage described on this page.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website, or a service the website uses, places in your browser. Similar browser storage keeps a small record in the same way. Some of it is needed for a form to work or to remember your choice. Other storage measures how the site is used, and it runs only after you accept.

Our storage falls into two groups. Strictly necessary storage runs without consent: the record of your choice and the protection on our forms. Analytics storage runs only after you accept. Until then, Google Analytics 4 does not load, and under Consent Mode v2 its analytics signal stays off. Microsoft Clarity loads on every page in its no-consent mode and starts full recording only after you accept; Microsoft sets its own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com when the page loads, whatever you choose.

The cookie notice offers two choices:

  • Accept analytics: Google Analytics 4 starts and Microsoft Clarity records the full session.
  • Reject: Google Analytics 4 stays off, Clarity stays in its no-consent mode, and the necessary storage keeps working.

Accept and reject are equal choices. The "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page opens the notice again, so you can change your answer at any time.

Analytics only after you accept

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics. Microsoft Clarity loads on every page in its no-consent mode: until you accept it sets no cookie on this site, and Microsoft sets its own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com. If you decline, Google Analytics 4 does not load and Clarity stays in its no-consent mode. Google Analytics 4 works through Consent Mode v2, so its analytics signal stays off until you accept. Microsoft Clarity masks the values typed into fields on form pages.

Cookies set by the forms

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a visitor is a person before a form is sent. It may set its own cookie for that check.

Every form on the site, meaning the contact form, the home enquiry, online registration, the ready-made company request and the payment form, sends your context with the enquiry. That context includes the cookie-consent state and, where you gave analytics consent, the analytics identifier. Cookie contents are never sent with the enquiry.

Maps and payments

The office map on the contact page loads only after you click it. Until then your browser makes no request to Google. After the click, Google may set its own cookies in your browser.

At present the payment page records your payment request and sends it to us by email, so no payment provider sets a cookie there. If a hosted checkout from a payment provider is added, that provider will set its own cookies at the checkout, and this page will say which.

Change or withdraw your choice

  • Open the cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the notice and change your choice.
  • Change your choice at any time. If you decline, the analytics tools stop loading.
  • Delete or block cookies for this website in your browser settings.

Deleting cookies in your browser also removes the record of your choice, so the notice asks you again on your next visit.
